Gloves and Boots

Gloves and boots are essential in the winter months as it’s important to protect your extremities in the cold water

Hat

A neoprene hat can make a massive difference to keeping warmer.

Goggles

Tow Float

Wearing tow float can be really useful. This is a type of safety buoy you can wear when you swim.
