Fitlink is a health and wellness tracking company with an app that brings all your health data together.

As Head of Marketing, I led a complete overhaul of Fitlink’s brand image and digital presence, including:

  • Redesigning the website for a more modern, user-friendly experience that better represented the app’s vibrant, community-focused ethos.

  • Revamping the brand voice across all platforms to create a consistent, engaging tone that resonated with their target audience.

  • Developing a new visual identity that included updated logos, colours, and graphic styles for social media.

  • Strategising and creating content to boost engagement and attract followers, including high-quality imagery, fitness tips, and user testimonials.

  • Increasing social media partnerships with influencers and fitness professionals to drive brand awareness.

Results:

  • Increased social media followers across all platforms by 40% within the first 3 months.

  • Improved engagement rates, with a significant boost in likes, shares, and comments on key posts.

  • Successfully built partnerships with key fitness influencers, such as Asics and Nike, leading to collaborative campaigns and increased brand exposure.

  • Elevated the overall brand image, resulting in a more cohesive and recognisable presence across social media and the app’s website.
